Anxiety Therapy in Sandy, Utah
Are you tired of your mind racing & tightness in your chest?
It’s like you never feel truly calm or relaxed anymore.
Maybe you’ve dealt with anxiety for a long time, or it has recently started to show up. Either way, it feels scary, overwhelming, and like it’s taking over your life. It’s affecting your sleep, your relationships, and impacting your ability to focus.
You might even feel frustrated that you can’t just get it to calm-down or go away. You’ve tried all the breathing and coping skills you can think of.
Your anxiety might show up around specific people, in certain situations, or even when you’re doing nothing at all.
Does any of this sound familiar?
At the end of the day, it’s hard to shut your mind off and go to sleep

You feel worried, overwhelmed, and “on-edge” frequently
You often get stuck scrolling on your phone or trying to “stay busy”
Think about it:

Do I have racing thoughts or big emotional reactions?
